Hand Drawn Type Practice

Modular Typeface design

Inspired by the font and numeral on the left, I translated it to a 3D medium of sticks and string that I felt matched the essence of the design, and then I integrated the 3D sculpture back into a 2D format using illustration.

My poster design for Bounce, a typeface designed by me and my classmates for a group project in my typography class. This typeface was inspired by Robert Delittle's wood-carved type, Bounder.

Board game design based on my love for birds. I wanted this project to feel like an art piece, and something that could be left out on the coffee table. I illustrated everything including the pattern, board and each individual bird for every card. I also hand sculpted and painted each egg and the nest.
